I have two accounts, one I can login in the Protector's Enclave but the other I can't (both PC's on that account are in P.E. as well). I have the same settings for both accounts. However, the Safe mode trick worked...Thanks!

I've been working on getting the most from my "Chill" effects, so I've stayed away from it. However, one day I will shift my build to try and optimize Arcane Mastery and Mitigation.
