The vendor needs to be put back in the game. It was never made clear that the vendor would be remove so early into Mod 22. There are dragon eggs still being traded and people are out millions of astral diamonds because they can't turn them in now. At the very least, a developer needs to respond and let people know if/ when…

I'm seeing this with all artifact weapons that have been "restored" after the Mod 22 patch.

Update: I just got back up to 25K. No milestone reward at that point. The system remembers that I was given the reward the first time but just forgot I earned the 25K to get there.

Defending the Dale quest is preventing the NPCs from giving me further quests. I don't have the quest and I can't get the quest. This is in Bryn Shander
