  • Be sure to clean up your registry of errors with a program like cccleaner. If that doesn't solve the problem then attempt to uninstall the arc launcher but keep the neverwinter game file. You can choose to keep it by choosing not to uninstall games (you'll see the option when uninstalling arc launcher). Let me know if this…
