I successfully get to character selection screen when I click on character it begins to load then says lost connection.

it is not the game. been doing this for days now. Perhaps a problem with firewall? But when I check it says neverwinter has access.

In my case it happens with out me actually losing connection I have a momentary blip and chat is gone. Not sure if it is my service or what.

Ok so I lose connection for a fraction of a second and that causes me to lose the chat channels. But they should auto update.

Found an answer use the arc repair command in the directory of perfectworld. However I do not like the new set up of arc
