so, for example, when hitting a foe (PvE) for 1k without GPF or Terror, I'll hit for 1030 with my enchantment on? Sorry for these stupid questions, but I'm completely confused now.

I don't get it now. In Pve GPF and Terror only have a 3-4% damage resistance buff, but in Pvp they reduce defense by 15 and 20%? Could someone explain it?

so GPF can debuff a foe with 45% (with 3 stacks) (or 39,5%, depends how it counts) defense reduction and Terror with just 20%? What would you recommend?
