I've been doing some testing with CaGI recently, it is and isn't flat damage......by that I mean it DOES have scaling, but the actual damage it does doesn't care how much damage the hit that proc'd it did. Wait wait wait Con interacts with ArP? What? Are you sure? The stat con gives is negative, and reduces resistance ignored....so if it interacted with arp it would be a penalty. I always assumed this was meant to reduce the amount of your armor a enemy could penetrate. I'm not so sure arp is so much better than power, can't…
