  • 1. PROgrammed Chance (or something to that effect). Basically, it's anything that has a percentage chance of occurring. 2. That's referring to the points put into the various trees of Paragon Feats (2/20/9 would be 2 in the top tree, 20 in the middle tree, and 9 in the bottom).
