This one is broken: Master of Fragments - Defeat Red Dragon Knight and Neothelid with three runes attuned No matter how many times I attempt it, neither the in-game achievement or the Xbox achievement unlock. From what I can tell, it was working, albeit incorrectly, until a past update broke it completely.
