• Uhh...no.. Smartly run companies put $$$ where the squeaky wheels are. If my **** was messed up BADLY in one area, I would lay off some artists(with every intention of bringing them back) and hire more programmers.

• No, they cant be sued......man..lol. Your paying for a service, thats the service transaction and is protected under federal trade law.

• It may be simple, but its stupid economics...many MANY people will throw away $20, but no one will throw away $60 on something theyve never played before/whim.
