well, im not 60lvl, but 43 atm, and goin trough this setup...and i must say it works, even on lower lvls. I'm not a dominant in pvp, (have like 18% recharge time reduction), but...i scored good, have matches with 11-15 kills and close or top score, and other tr 1v1 can't beat me, even on start 40 lvl,, and that was true…
