There's no such thing as a non-stealth TR. The mechanic is built as such that to totally ignore stealth would be very detrimental to us. Even your chosen build (under combat) the author states that "Most combat starts with entering stealth..." If you meant non-perma-stealth-TR on the other hand, well that's different ;)…

Could I ask what are your community's view on Perma-Stealth TRs? I'm interested in joining, but I know some people feel that Perma-Stealth is an exploit in itself, since we can solo most of the dungeon bosses, although I've always preferred to look at it as an "insurance" in case the rest of the party wipes.

Unfortunately Necromancers don't exist in D&D 4e, which is what Neverwinter is based on. So slim chance of that happening.

My issue wasn't a loading problem. I could log in but immediately after the Account Guard pops up. Try and see if you can access it via a different PC/laptop/smartphone browser.
