• SOLVED IT! Turn off network I control if you are using Asus Suite it is under tools.

• Still having this problem as well. Sometimes takes 10+ mins to load enclave then when I do get in I just rubberband back to entrance from tutorial. I can't interact with any NPCs(the ones that load anyhow) and they all have names like Demo_guard_helm etc.
