  • Had the same issue, but no Teamviewer installed. Your comment about teamviewer messing with all windows made me try and shut down display fusion (an app I have for dual monitor taskbar and other things) and it works! So close any program running that messes with the appearence or adds functionality to all windows. Thanks…
