This game is a beta only in terms of the quality level. Other than that it is released. I could simply define (for myself anyhow) a beta by whether or not they would even consider a wipe before "release" and they are definitely not going to wipe before the "release".

I find the pack to be like a few pieces of candy and a worthless HAMSTER. The cape is stupid looking and totally worthless to boot given the fact that they couldn't even implement separate neck and cape/cloak slots. Thus the cape is a worthless HAMSTER to me. The other items are just temporary pack space fillers.

From what I have read on the forums the only actual fix for this is to make a full party and then queue up for the event.

Hehe I've been doing this already as I don't care much for the ingame music, it sounds like generic symphonic fantasy music to me and it doesn't feel very dynamic. I just turn down my own music a bit to be able to still hear the sound effects.

Can't help ya with the laptop sound problems. With my desktop surround sound setup I found that I had no sound if I had the 'matrix' enabled on my speakers, but that is particular to the logitech 5.1 speakers I use. Maybe something in the audio settings for the laptop itself is the problem, sorry I can't help you anymore…

What kind of speakers are you using? Do you hear any music or absolutely no game audio at all? Also this probably should have gone in the bugs and technical issues forum.

Same issues with this since the previous beta weekend it seems. During BWE #2 I kept getting the same auto kicked when joining and the couple times I was able to actually get in the instance, the instance itself was bugged and not working correctly.
