  • I don't know if anyone has solved the locked 60hz refresh rate issue, but I seem to have come across a fix. If you navigate to Neverwinter\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live\Localdata and open Gameprefs in notepad or something.. change this value "PrefEntry GfxSettings.RefreshRate 60" to PrefEntry GfxSettings.RefreshRate 120…
