Same issue, getting hit with 'failure to authenticate'. east coast USA. Was on for a while earlier, but can't now.

I haven't been on in a while, but wanted to play now that I have some free time. Tried several times to play, but I can't, I get 'server not responding'. So i turned off the on demand patching, and it did a big patch download, and then whenever i tried to login I got disconnected from the server. Game unplayable.

My questions also. That sounds like strategy to me. This is D&D, right? In D&D, 'defeating' an encounter doesn't necessarily mean killing everything. It means using what you have to get to your goal. My launcher wouldn't work for those three days. And I couldn't get in the last two betas. Now the launcher seems fixed - but he line is so long it may as well not. I'll 'freeload' with the smart guys next time.

Wow. I did a prebuy at Guardian level, and couldn't access the last two betas. My post got no response to help me. Now it's time to do another beta, and am 27111 in line. Huge case of buyer's remorse right here.
