  • Actually the tooltip shows how much dmg you would do on target with low (probably zero) HP. When you take 2nd and 3rd rank, the dmg in tooltip raises as well.

  • I'm actually liking this patch. Looks like they are going for more variability in builds instead of one cookie-cutter. (I've never liked the idea of abusing non-recalculation of bleed ticks to do big damage so I went Scoundrel and never looked back. I don't need Crit. Power has better dmg-per-point anyway.
