Nope even I have a rogue alt for level 60 pvp, just like you obviously do ;) It's no secret at this point.

It Is massively unbalanced, 1 or less rogues you loose, 2 rogues is win if others only have 1 or less, if you have group of 3 rogues your team will dominate. No other class matters in pvp, is probably why there are so many rogues.

I usually see GWF and rogues getting kicked to make room for a GF or a distance dps class, as a cleric I have got kicked a few times because I wear high prophet set and some people are dumb and just kick me because it shows a lower GS.

Do a full turnoff of your xbox by holding the power button down for about 15 seconds, it's fixed these problems for me especially the disconnecting when changing zones. They are overpowered in pvp and seems lots of people know this and are using them for pvp, it basically makes pvp pointless atm. As such I only do pvp once a day for the daily quest.

Ideal solution for me would be if they could put the mini map and chat window on my tablet via smartglass or their own app.

They need to remap it, I have only done it once so far but it's so easy to press especially when in a big fight and someone starts picking stuff up.

I was getting a lot of server timeouts and lag so I did a complete shut down of my xbox by holding the power button down for a few seconds and now I am almost lag free and the server connection errors have gone. Might be worth a try if not already done.
