Quite agree with this. If it's just a behaviour or mechanic fix poorly worded in patch notes or with different results from what you told us, compensate in some way for dps loss. If it's an intended nerf, the results are totally different from the intended nerf itself, and you may have reached and surpassed your objective…

Arcanist's damage is NOT STABLE. Most of it comes from random procs and weird bugs which makes it playstile variable to most people. I think it could roughly be 60% of it. Lowering those chances sure impacts dps, but you can't calculate all variables. (and for sure bugs don't help)

Next set implemented, probably bis according to devs: "when you pronounce the alfabet in reverse and in less than 5 seconds, you will belly-scratch the enemies (for 0.5 seconds, once a week), but only for devil enemies." Soon to be nerfed in next MOD, refine it up quickly

As long as people do half my damage in runs in ACT I'm fine.
