In an ideal world [edited to remove pun], they could give us an ETA. Unfortunately, imagine if they told us it would be 2 hours. If the initial complaints of "OMG 2HR REALLYWTF!!!?" weren't bad enough, imagine the unholy #*%!storm that would ensue at about 2 hours and 15 seconds...

Yes. I can't remember the exact name of the binding, but it's in the first dozen or so keybinding settings. I'd look it up for you, but I'm stuck in a queue...

Yes. My girlfriend and I have been sitting at 13k and 15k queues, respectively. She just got into game, and I just got a few seconds of it telling me I'm number 837, which I imagine is the real queue spot. It then returned to 15k. EDIT: I just got it. Sit tight.
