• I'm having the same issue. I was able to get some prof related items, but I can't get enchants or dyes out of the mail. They show in the attachments, the "take item" button is active, but nothing happens when I click on it. No error message is given, either. Yes, I'm at the courier and I've tried a mailbox as well.
