I got bit with this too. Support said open a bug report, but they won't respond directly. Not the best way to handle this. There's no way to follow up, or learn if they've acted on it, or decided you won't be getting back. I humbly ask for a change of policy.

I've been hit with this on a regular basis, and filed in game bug reports. Very annoying. Only had it occur in Dark Fey Enclave. Only fix appears to be logging out.

My upgraded cleric is with a GF, which holds the aggro. Frankly, it's the only class I'd say needs one. I think CW+TR needs defender, DC, defender or striker, GWF striker. IMHO.

Yeah, I've noted a reduction of "run into red zone" behavior. Not completely, but noticeably less often. Yeah, the upgrade price is high, but not ridiculously out of sync with AD ones. I have one up to 20, and there's no difference in healing, but a HUGE difference in survivability. Instead of dieing in most encounters, she stays up, and has even survived some in some minor boss fights, like gnarlroot. Expensive, but so far seems like real progress. Slot opens up at 25, IIRC.
