  • One more issue with shield. Now if you cast shield while having 5 stacks of arcane mastery, you will loose them. Before the patch casting shield prevented arcane stack from dissapearing, now it doesnt. Other spells seem to still keep all arane mastery stacks while being cast (for example steal time), but shield doesn't do…

  • Further more, this spell is suppose to constantly cause arcane dmg (before exploding), well it doesn't do that.
