I got hit with this one too. Collected 3 Destroy Enemy Camp and 3 Fight the Spellplague, but had 2,200 astral diamonds. I double-checked to see if it was already refined today, but nothing was refined today. This was around 7:30 am PST, so it wasn't in that 2:00am or 3:00am timer reset window.

Forums are generally gloom and doom. And at least they responded properly for Caturday. I also have friends who work at Cryptic, so originally I was supporting the game for them. Now it's "Sorry, dudes... your company sucks."

I had just talked two friends into playing the game after the new content patch. *Shiny new patch*. I can vouch for the awful drop rate. 2 Asset Packs and 20 Booster packs. No healer. And the worst part is, I'm betting they have a promotion on booster and asset packs again like they did with Alchemy, for Weaponsmith and Artificer, when the expansion comes out. That would be a much better spend on those packs.
