As if you don't know. Its because you were whining about the burst damage of TRs and so they kept getting nerfed and nerfed till the only viable build was the perma stealth.
Makes sense that you get credit for being just in vicinity because certain buffs will proc as soon as an ally is nearby. So even if you are not doing any attacks, you are still helping people with your buffs.
If you are taking Burning guidance, prepare yourself to have your screen covered with flying yellow numbers since it procs almost continuously. Procs off everything that heals an ally.
What do you mean? When you reach the level when you can unlock professions, you get a quest that explains it. The game also gives a quest explaining about the celestial coins and invoking. And when your character first gets AD, a help text pops up about it.

I thought the reason VP didn't have a cooldown was because of its really loooong animation time. Anyone could easily move out of range when they saw a TR start using VP. Its basically useless now. Deft strike is better than using VP as a gap closer now.
Burning Guidance effectively turns astral shield into a damage aoe. I had to turn off player's damage indicator because all those numbers flying off would cover up the entire screen. And yes, you have to be nearby for it to proc but then a DC will usually be at the frontlines so that's not an issue.
Thank you for the info. So then it seems the interrupt part is useless unless someone is using the 40% slow in pvp. The speed debuff looks good enough to stop fleeing targets. Looks like this WS path is focused on catching fleeing targets. That VP power even teleports to stealth TRs.
