I got a message to my ticket saying they fixed my Problem But i still have Display name Conflict >.<

Pretty sure if they don't fix my problem today, i'm gonna have to file fraud with my creditcard, have had tickets in for almost a week with no response. Very sad, love the game but terrible support so far.

Getting close to almost a week with this display name conflict, up to 5 tickets in right now, still haven't even got a ****ty copy paste from them yet. hit 60 last night, so Whooo PWE customer service.

Purchased the 200 dollar pack yesterday, it says thank you for the purchase on the page and has the button grayed out. Yet i don't have anything in game or on the forums. Seem to have the display name conflict issue have tried everything to fix it with no success, would love to get this resolved asap so i can play this…

When i go to the founders pack page it says thanks for your purchase, but it hasn't been activated yet it appears, also have been fighting that silly display name thing :( plz help
