That isn't an issue with Bonding Stones themselves. The same thing happened at the 10 DC Demogorgon run and 25 DC Tiamat run before the Bonding changes. It's good for pubstomping, but doesn't hold up against stronger parties. A BiS DC can't kill BiS other classes, so they can only buff/debuff/stun and hold nodes.

Nice guide! Just a few suggestions: Harper Bard appears to be BiS for buff/debuff DCs if you can afford it. The tier 4 boons in Sharandar and Dread Ring have 2 minutes internal CD. The scorpions were definitely the hardest to kill, you can only tank their hits if you have both Hallowed Ground and Empowered Astral Shield up. If not, you have to kite them which is a lot easier if you have Gladiator's Guile and bonus movespeed.

Dread Enchantment seems to be BiS, but it shouldn't affect BoTS or Fire of the Gods, so it should end up being pretty close to a regular vorpal.

I'm a DPS DC that pvp's quite frequently, I have the 4th highest kills for a DC and I only pug. My build is specialized for PvE, but it works decently in PvP. I have the exact same issue on my secondary toon. My first too is fine but my second is glitched, unable to progress for boons or the black ice profession.
