I just used astral exchange to buy 2000 zen. Diamonds are gone, i got message that buying was sucessfull but where are my zen?

Oh :( I was wondering what happened to my rough diamonds also, been using gateway from work to keep my chars crafting and was hoping to get some rough diamonds to colect but when i got home ... nothing. I hope they fix it.
