Just as well. The forums seem to have partly crashed on me. I have half a draft of something I had posted that I just couldn't get rid of by overwriting. Let's see if posting something new in the same thread solves it.

20 sec is a long time though. You can probably shorten it down through your setting beside installing your OS on an SSD. If you run msconfig in windows there's an option to disable the welcome screen in windows. And newer bios settings got a quick start option.

You just need to read the description with a little more care. It only does damage when it apply a stack. Once it reach 5 it can no longer apply any more stacks until 60 sec have passed or it gets cleared with an encounter power. It fits the Justice tree in the way that some free-will attacks are good to trigger feats but…

The shift "bug" is the main reason that I am not going to roll a tank role with either a paladin or a guardian fighter. Imagine playing a rogue and having your dodge only respond 75% for the time.

I can't tell what you've seen but this must be one of your first games. For starters WoW gear is butt ugly compared to this. The rogue gear look good on my dwarf and every zone got unique looking gear that you can switch appearance with. It sound to me like you haven't actually played the game.

Just accusing people you don't agree with of being an exploiter as a way of patronizing them doesn't deserve much respect in return. I'm all for a rational debate though.

All your accusations could just as well be made against the other side of the argument and those questions don't seem biased at all but rather neutral. A few thousands is usually a good number for a political poll anyway in most countries. It sound like you're just mad that people don't agree with you.

By normal definition Beta testing is something done prior to marketing. They could have needed one of those.

Some may have lag for specific individual reasons but that doesn't impact that a lot of people are not.
