what if you have never clicked that ok button to say you want to view unreviewed content? you can't click that button now without going to the review tab which promptly crashes the game. Same issue, and I also just published a quest last night so I wanted to check it out. I only clicked the OK to be allowed to see the For Review quests right before this crash happened for the first time, so maybe it didn't go through because I cannot find my quest by searching, so I can't even see it in game.

Is there a way to consume an item on dialogue? The player has to go find an item then "hand in" the quest and I want the quest item to be deleted when the dialogue is complete so that I don't spam the player's inventory.
