• Run the game itself in safe mode. It's under the options tab when you log in. I was able to get in that way. It is a very big issue with latest version of DirectX and the game engine. I feel like this is probably a Cryptic/PWE problem, but whatever. Running it in safe mode kinda sucks, but at least you can then readjust…

• Is that the bug that says something about the launcher not working and immediately disconnects you from the game? Because that's happening to me and I can't even make a thread about it.
