This happened to me a couple days ago, and I really did not want to lose the expedition--so I sat by the fire for about 15-20 minutes and the boss reset and I could complete. This needs to be fixed, but I figured I would post a possible workaround for people (noone else waited).

Is there any chance we can get an official update on this issue? There is no mention in the patch notes, I am just hoping for something. If it is a bugged reward or item, there must be a way to let us know what it is so that we can discard it and began collecting again. I tried refining pretty much everything in my inv and…

Is there any update or an idea when this will be resolved? Those of us affected are unable to claim rewards from any Heroic Encounter in any zone. This impedes progress on just about every campaign.

I am experiencing this on my thaumaturge as well. I have found that logging off and on works, HOWEVER, if you do this in an expedition, you fail the instance and lose that daily mission--just a heads up for others.
