Go to User CP here on Forum, then Permission Groups on the left hand side, you can choose Guardian there.

If I remember correctly, click the Astral Diamond Exchange button on top of the screen, and on the bottom of the window, you'll see that you hace x amount of zen. First of all, hello all Secondly. I seem to either don't get something or something is wrong with my Guardian pack. Here's what's happened: - Started a character on dragon shard. Got my pack with items and all. - Started second character on dragon shard. Didn't get my pack, but was able to claim heals etc from the vendor.…

Ok, just to make sure before making any opinions. Are the guardian pack items only for one character? I've created a toon, claimed my items at lev5, all good. Then I created another one, got to the same point (eve further by now) and no guardian pack items... :( Also, my support ticket disappeared few hours after posting...
