Since when was farming dungeons for loot to sell on the AH a way that everyone could "make" ADs? The way the AD system is setup it is impossible for everyone to "make" ADs from selling gear from dungeons (or wherever) on the AH. The AH removes ADs and moves ADs around between people, it doesn't create ADs.
If you have the potions and resources needed for Alchemy it is by far the fastest profession to unlock extra slots with. With the needed epic assets you can unlock 3 extra slots (100% Speed Bonus, Rank 3 Profession, Rank 3 Result) within minutes if you spend 15-20k AD on completing tasks and have some luck in a rare task…

What is wrong with killing people flagged for PvP in an Open World PvP zone? If they don't want to be killed by other players while doing an Heroic Encounter they can be 100% safe from that by just not being flagged for PvP while doing the HE. As others have said already achievements are very bugged in Icewind Dale zones.
1685 used enchantments gave me a 50% bonus 168 times (9.9%) and a 100% bonus 57 times (3.3%). So 5%/5% (7.5% average) was pretty close to the combined average bonus which is 8.3% (given the numbers above).
