While i agree 100% on RA being a pain for DPS, how to you deal with threat ? as an undergeared pally (2K) it seems i can keep aggro without this (and even then ... I barely tank). Does echoes of light work on Circle of power ? i mean it fully reset the 1min CD ???

Thanks for the answers :) Seems like arpen is the way to go for gearing, but so is recovery ... Would using dragon enchants be a good idea ?
