Sounds right as indicated by the top of this page. No thread creation for a "short" period of time. Whatever that means. I'd guess around a week, or possibly after a certain number of posts.
IDK... Maybe like others are saying you are just "missing" seeing the button, or maybe it takes more than a few days. Your username indicates a join date of May 2013, same as me, and I am not seeing a create thread button either. I've been a member of plenty of forums and feel as if I would know where to see it, if it was…
All good. I missed it too, until I saw people on threads talking about server status. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time and it clicked. :)
Nah, I get it man. I'm just saying that there might be a bright side to it, and that is an increase as opposed to a decrease in player base after launch. I have no idea if the gimmick will work, but I am just being hopeful. You are totally right about how the player base is perceiving this current outage. Very smart on…
Interesting..... I am not happy with Verizon getting rid of their unlimited data plans, and the increase in their phone prices. Neither are anyone else that I know. Yet when I called them and went into their store, I got nothing but "that's just the way it is." Someday I envision Verizon looking around and wondering what…
I spent a week getting the full armor set and weapons from Ascalon, then Halloween happened, then the new type of dungeons happened and then I was just grinded out. Didn't go back for wintersday and now I feel as if I would be really behind the curve on dungeon gear, so I don't feel any need to go back. Creating a game…
Yeah, you are right. They are playing word games and the fact that those above don't get it, just proves what you are saying. I realized this from the get go, and so have others on the net. So what? Are we just proving how clever we are tonight? Game is decent, marketing gimmicks or not. It would be to us early player's…
I never went back after endgame really. =( It wasn't the cash shop that drove me away (I actually spent like $30 on keys! My bad!) but the terrible dungeon grind for skinned gear. I might go back if the inevitable expansion is any good.
All these same issues with the cash shop affected GW2, and that game costs $60... This is just an example of not Cryptic, but the entire industry being that way. This game, so far as I can tell is NOT p2w. So if everyone is unhappy, just vote with your dollars and don't pay $10 for a bag expansion slot. That is the only…
OP had me at her picture. Nice!!! Now as far as Cryptic owing me something, nah, of course not. That doesn't mean that I cannot be disappointed in this though. I was looking forward to playing tonight. It is what it is however, and once in awhile is forgivable. It would be sad to see this game die due to the devs not…
I laugh so hard when I see that somewhere and when the person not knowing where it is from or what it is gets flustered and responds. Every once in a blue moon it shows up in the comment sections on places like cnn. High comedy.
Yeah...... ESO looks like the next tortanic though. Who knows, might be good, but from what I can tell it sure doesn't look great. Of course I haven't played it. I am totally holding off on it a month or two though, just to see if it flops hard or not. MMO's in general are in a sad state of affairs. That's why I am digging…
Goes like this comrade. I just felt your anger was a little misplaced is all. Upset, sad, disappointed, and wanting to play the game. Yeah, I think we all get that. Otherwise we wouldn't be on this forum looking for answers. Going off the deep end might be a little much is all. btw the angrier you are at this not working…
Hamsters, ah hmm, are notorious communists. I bet they formed a union and will not run on the wheel for under 6 potato chips a day and for no more then 8 hours.
