The game just launched and the servers are overloaded. Happens in every MMO just need to try and be patient. It doesn't mean its okay but its a part of playing the genre in a launch week

Stuck also. Changing to my alt and switching back does nothing to help. I even moved my alt to multiple zones and tried switching back to my main. Helms is just a broken zone if you logout at the wrong spot its that simple as far as im concerned. Not happy about this after reading this thread its been days for some people.…

Same here. This needs to be addressed. There are a lot of posts on several threads of people not getting the additional character slot.

We all have received the pack already and opened it. That is not the issue. The issue is that it is not delivering a character slot. The ingame mail they send to you when you get it says the slot is being unlocked on your account but it doesn't happen

This is effecting a lot of people. It would be nice to get an update. been over 24hrs and no slot opened

I am having this same error. I purchased 1 Month of VIP and got the First Time Buyers Pack also but I never got a 3rd character slot, I tried logging out and back in, shutting down ect.. Still stuck on 2.
