  • Redirect bug resolved (by/for me). I updated my ticket with more details from my email. copied the title and the hyperlink (just the text, not the link itself) and pasted into the support box. For the hell of it I reviewed the message and clicked the link. It worked :) This may be a coincidence, and they just fixed the web…
