I am having the same issue. Bought the artifact and all the pages(total of 129 coins), ran and completed a tier 3 (Rewards 7 coins) putting my total at 136 coins. Ran another Tier 1 putting my total at 137 coins(was at the cap at this point). No fabled chapter rewarded.

@martanis117 , not quite sure of any reliable way, before picking up any of the daily quests, finish any WEs you have. Check your currency tab to see what currency/" Githyanki/Illithid intelligence you have. If you have one but not the other, the missing one is most likely what you fell behind in. Hi martanis, There are two different WEs that require 2 different currencies. The Githyanki WE requires 2 of the Githyanki intelligence and the Illithid WE requires 2 of the Illithid intelligence. You can see these in the currency bag(the coin tab of the inventory). You get 2 dailies a day, 1 Githyanki Daily and 1 Illithid…
