Yes I must say I found it rather strange we had to manually compare off-hand weapons. Or switch the off-hand with the main hand weapon, compare, and see if the new weapon we just picked up was better. Also the equip to off-hand on right click is needed as rackhamgreg74 already mentioned. I'm really hoping these features…
