Maybe if they combined queues cross-server, the wait time could be helped. Also, I wonder about the real setup of the queue and how it works. I've queued as tank and cleric together, needing only 3 dps, and the wait time was over 5 minutes. I know that is really short compared to my 30+ minutes waiting on my control…

I've confirmed that I do not receive double AD when I've queued tasks from the gateway and collected in-game, or when I've collected rewards through the Gateway. I've confirmed this as well. Looks like if you redeem through gateway, or queue them from the gateway, it will not give AD. I've redeemed in-game tasks that were queued through the gateway and it still only gave me single amount. I don't think the gateway was updated for the event. They probably forgot it.
