Yes. Same problem here, even with the same description of the timeouts when logging back on.

yes. Adding a known address for patchserver.crypticstudios.com gets me into the interface (with some missing items). But looking up launcher.playneverwinter.com fails....anyone got an IP address? oh wait - I have some old captures.....brb
