The only other healing companion I know of, is the Angel of Protection, which is purchased for 360 Ardent coins. So you'd have to log in every day for a year, to get a companion that is probably underpowered by the time you get get it, and possibly outdated by newer companions. Either way its slim pickins for healer…
You know you say that as a joke, but it would kind of be the ultimate point and bad publicity if you could somehow mute the entire server, and drive home the point that its really an awful, lazy system.
Honestly, shirts and pants give very small stat increases, you could probably remove them and never notice. Some armors look nicer without the shirt for instance. The sleeves are awkward until you get gloves imo. But I too am glad this game went with more conservative armor designs. I played Scarlet Blade and Tera and…
The problem is, it IS D&D like. Its just D&D 4th Edition, which arguably, isn't D&D like. But that isn't Cryptic's fault. That's the current system for D&D, and I doubt WotC would let them use an old system. Kind of like DDO using AD&D rules. The 4E rules literally play like an mmo with far less flexibility. I personally…
You sure you weren't maybe hacked? Companies tend to suspend accounts when hacking activity is detected. I'd contact customer service ASAP. Sorry to hear about your suspension. Either way they really need to tell people why they are suspended, regardless of the reason. that's just common courtesy. And exploit or not,…
Oh yeah definitely! Aside from the zen store, and monetization, I love the game. One of the most fun mmorpgs I've ever played. I think they did a great job on gameplay, and visuals, music, voice acting, story and mood. All of it is great. The Foundry is genius, and is the closest thing to creating that D&D feel. Character…
Yeah but there is a difference between begging and refusing to spend any money at all, and recognizing a money grab like the respec charging. Or the horrible prices for mounts and costumes. (30 for a dress is insane). I'm willing to spend money for both, but not that much.
I can agree to this. I can afford the cash shop for the most part. But my friends can't. It sucks living in this HAMSTER economy. But the last thing this game needs, is for people to make others feel guilty for playing a free game for free.
You need to stop playing free games, if you feel the need to insult people who play them for what they are. If you are concerned with free loaders, by all means, go play a sub based game (not that there are many left. Wildstar is coming though). But don't expect everyone to play a game marketed and billed as a free to play…
Age does not necessarily being wisdom. and having tons of spare change, isn't the issue. Not caring how you spend, it is. This isn't just a money issue, its a principles issue as well. His point, was that any and all pricing as acceptable as long as you have a job, and the money in your pocket. Even when said item is…
Wow, I've never seen anyone hit so many 'obnoxious gamer-kid' stereotype points so quickly in succession before. Lets run down the list of fallacies shall we: 1. Implying that only one respec will ever be needed. 2. People who refuse to pay for something that should be free, are poor. 3. Having a job automatically means…
Respeccing is not a "luxury", its a basic function in mmorpgs due to a plethora of reasons ranging from guilds and friends changing to meet current needs, to fixing a simple mistake, to dealing with the constant mechanical changes that character classes go through over the life of an mmorpg, to simply wishing to try…
God the fanboys really have absolutely zero objectivity don't they? Yes you can buy it off the AH for some inflated cost, or pray every every day for a week for the CHANCE at one (really think about who asinine this one is, please.) But the fact remains obvious to literally anyone not married to the game. The chance of…
Oh the irony. So basically you said "NO U" with nothing to back it up save some lame high school calibur attack on my education. Well played. Yes because not wanting people to exploit an amazing system for community interaction, creativity, and sharing -potentially ruining it- means I wish to dominate the entire world..of…
Its a tier 3. Highest stats for a mount. The color is to just represent the rarity of the animal in the game world. Spider mounts are more rare. Its just flavor or fluff.
Its apathy to do nothing to try and change them. There isn't anything wrong with voting with your wallet, but to just give up and accept things right off the bat, is apathy.
No, I've got one kind of person arguing against me. I can't, for the life of me, understand why you took the time to announce the obvious to me. You literally decided to post a comment toward me, that was simply some kind of strange narration of what is going on, as if that's an argument. I've got people agreeing with me…
Lets see, as long as you don't stick an ogre in a hole, where they can't hit you back and all you do is tap a button over and over. Which is like, the opposite of what was intended with this system ... YEAH, yeah thats exactly what I'm saying. Would I love to be the "dictator of the world" No, I wouldn't, but thanks for…
I think the saddest thing is that you have no idea how stupid you sound. This isn't about morals, its about not being a lazy ****wit when playing a game, and abusing a really cool system because for some reason leveling once or twice an hour is too slow for you.
Dude, leveling is really easy. and enjoyable. They're only removing the lame, cheapass ones like that crappy quest with all the ogres in a hole that can't hurt you. There are still power leveling quests, you just have to do something other than shooting fish in a barrell.
The 60 dollar pack is well worth the money. Its the average price of a standard new game. So the price is acceptable, you get tier 3 mounts and companions for every character and 600,000AD. and yeah I continue to play the game, because its fun. Its a LOT of fun. One of the most enjoyable games I've played in a long time.…
You can still enter them if you're outleveled. You just have to enter the dungeon manually with self formed party. Queuing is for level appropriate players who want an even party. If you could queue you'd have level 50+ characters in parties or people doing the dungeons for the first time, one shotting everything.
