@nitocris83 Can you please update all of us? It seems some people have had this resolved while I, and others, haven't. Please just let us know what is going on, and what (if anything) we need to do. We haven't heard from you in about a week, and this process would be a lot smoother if someone was communicating with us.

There's no information through the ticketing system, they just say "the developers are working on it, we can't tell you anything". All you can hear are crickets on the forums for days now, and the timer is counting down for us to use the points. You'd think that since is one of the only ways they can make money off this…
