I have the same problem. Every dungeon, my /netgraph show spikes from 1k+ ms, my char rollback all the time and my spell doesn't work (I'm Cleric, for Epic Dungeon it's so fun to see all people die during the last boss :) ) I don't know if it's since the last patch, cause I play before this one.
