Another option for mentors to contribute to the apprentices is through the mentor rank. let's say rank 1 to rank 10. So if the mentor has higher rank it will contribute more to the apprentice. This way it will be the same for everyone, no matter what gear or gear score the mentor has.

I kinda feel the same way. After completing all the campaigns the game just stops, the same as before every module. After maxing out to lvl 60, only thing there was, was GG... nothing much. That's why i suggested a mentor system and hope it will one day be implemented.. It's just another thing to hopefully keep maxed…

Could make a same kind of system as invoking the gods once a day but then also for mentors and apprentices. When a mentor invokes (1 time per day, daily mentor reward) this one will get a percentage of EXP, some AD or gold.. and possibly mentor rank EXP. Another idea for rewards is for example when the apprentice is doing icewind dale, black ice could be a reward in combination with 10k AD or such, or in sharandar... Yes, if you literally take the same as the example mentor system then it's gonna mess up :p Can make a mentor system that wont harm anyones gameplay though.. i doubt it's even "allowed" to copy the same system from another game? But ya, some kind of mentor feature would be really great addition to the game.

but the drop you get from boss is also when DD is active so i don't think it works as a replacement.
