I notice no problems when using FF. I see I believe three ticks of around 2k-3k damage per tick and I believe an equal amount is healed to nearby allies. I would say though that for trying to do more healing I will use FF but when trying to do more damage Daunting light will win out every time.

Divine Glow cast in Divine Power mode does not boost allys damage at the moment. The debuff portion works fine right now.

I don't think this game is Pay to Win. I have had no problem running epic dungeons farming gear to sell for AD and the Armor/Weapon Enchantments. You can purchase Nightmare Dye for 45 bars at the bar vendor in Enclave. He is the vendor in the booth to the right of the guy who gives you the daily quests. You get the bars from Nightmare Lock boxes, not sure if there is an AD vendor floating around or not.
