*cough* no reason. o:) If you want to try and prove it with maffs down to the decimal points, you should probably do it correctly. It is not half the cooldown, it is 60% of the cooldown, which would only be 8-10% AP gain on average per the same time spent with exaltation. Is this 0.1% (base) AP gain per second really worth…
@"mebengalsfan#9264" Chains and Sunburst do negligible damage from an anointed champion and provide no party buffs. Sunburst provides 6% of AP (base) when cast on allies and enemies for the bonus (Sunburst grants 4.8% of AP if you don't hit both enemies an allies), and Chains of Blazing Light provides 6.4% of AP (base).…
@dragonsbite I didn't mess with the encounter start/stop parts of the plugin. These were likely caused by a different starting version. All I changed was that damaging attacks were using the default value of the ParsedLine class (NonMelee) and non-damaging procs were being registered manually (to NonMelee). I switched the…
@dragonsbite Apologies @thefabricant I could not figure out how to make a proc category and I probably never will. Oh well :p you mean like this? https://hastebin.com/hejefeyono.cpp This is based on the original from github, not yours. Changes: -non-damaging procs are in their own category -slayer marks now are parsed…
So it seems to be even worse than I expected. Not only do melee classes get better gear, but the ranged gear doesn't even work properly. Testing using the Eyestalk Wrappers (+3% ranged damage) and the Fured Kiuno of the Bear these control wizard powers are: Disintegrate -- ranged Ice Knife -- ranged Ray of Enfeeblement --…
Just wanted to chime in again and say that it is very weird to have defense stats (lifesteal, defense, deflect etc) on the new artifact set with an offense set bonus, while the set with a defensive set bonus has offense stats (crit, armor pen etc). Is there any chance that these could be switched, so that we could actually…
A few different damage calculators are on the forums if you want to know the exact amounts. Here is one of them https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1236692/12b-pvp-damage-calculator @yourenext2die Tenacity may be gone, but the armor pen reduction still exists. Last I checked, it's 60%
@asterdahl I thought global resistance was only 40%, and since this global resist is capped at 80% along with normal damage resistance you are still going to take a minimum of 10% of your maximum hit points in damage. However, there are exceptions to this. Lets examine two semi-realistic players in PVP Trickster Rogue has…
@schietindebux Dread has two debuffs in the list. Both of which apply to yourself and to allies. One is applied by the crit effect the other by the natural effect. Both are 4% both effect allies. Total of 8% for yourself and 8% for allies. Unparalleled is 10% for both you and your allies. It has been tested on the live…
@oria1 If you are still referring to what I said when I was talking about bad players, I think you still misunderstood my statement. I did not say that anyone should bring one because people play things badly. I simply said they do. Consistency is almost always taken over true best. Look at trickster rogues. Some of the…
What's the purpose of that though? If you just want them to have Into the Fray, why not just ask for them to have Into the Fray? Why make a great weapon fighter more similar instead of making them more unique?
@schietindebux It has always been both debuffs effect everyone. Check the debuff list @michela123 made for module 11, you can see it effects both self and party members even back that far.
That's what I am doing and it won't let me send it. It is using a filter to detect links in my post, and throws errors saying I am not allowed to post links. You cap out on DO buffs around 11k to 13k depending on if you went with the recovery build or not. This is very far from BIS
@schietindebux Like a few other enchantments, different ranks stack, so that part should be obvious. Perfect Dread has a 4% debuff hidden behind the goofy "reduce enemy defenses by 40%" text. At Pure it gains a second debuff when you crit which is also 4%. So at pure it has two 4% debuffs (8%) At Unparalleled the tooltip…
@schietindebux I did say that the cheaper recovery DO is more popular. I already admitted that. But if you can already perma-cast every buff to its maximum at 13k item level, what left do you have to improve besides DPS? You are saying to stop improving your character and make a damage dealer class? Not happening. "I would…
@asterdahl I believe the main point here might be that once you complete the upgrade on your strongest (or only) trial ready character, that you are able to then fund your alts (or DPS) in a painless manner with the excess Ampoules from from your main character. A way to do this without speeding up progression would be to…
@schietindebux ... comparing a 13k DO you know nothing about to a 16k TR you know nothing about probably doesn't give enough information for you to actually get an idea of anything. The gear difference could be massive depending on what is causing the 3k item level gap. The oracle could also be using many completely…
@mentinmindmaker "* Why are people so stuck on 2 DC's? Looking at the spreadsheets above, you could just as easily ditch one of the DCs for a MoF and get more or less the same result" Something missing from the comparison are the buffs of the clerics. These can be excluded from this comparison because removing them does…
