basically this, free to play with a cash shop is destroying mmos even more. They were already hurting as is because no one has the money or wants to invest in one to make a good one. The only people who have the money to make a quality one is Blizzard and we all have our opinions about them.

FFXI is one of the only mmos the deserve to have a sub fee. I payed the sub for awhile just to go around and listen to all the amazing music before i quit.

6$ is nothing when the game works perfectly and they dont try and call it a beta.

The lag is probably due to bad computers and bad optimized game.

yea i will for sure be playing rift when it goes free. I couldnt justify paying a sub for it. Final fantasy 14 will be the last mmo i pay a sub for, if it is even decent.

I havn't played in a few days and i dont have any desire to log on. No one to play with and since the whole game is based about group functions and the dumb group finder doesnt even work properly, the hell with it.

Someone needs to make a great MMO where the Sub fee is 50 dollars a month. Get out of my MMOs scrubs!

only hard thing to deal with in this game is dealing with people in your group. That is if you get a correct group set up with the current dungeon finder first.

Its a decent free to play mmo until elder scrolls or final fantasy 14 comes out. Thats about it.....

FFXI was my first mmo and played pretty much every good MMO and fps since 2005ish. /nerd 4 life

the community manager basically told us "its beta" and to deal with it. Just check my post about "group system is major fail" really funny tbh

sadly its just the amount of bad players that come from free to play games. In a decent group you shouldnt have to kite anything just blue shield and win. Most control wizards are awful and dont know how to play.

yea, i think it is greedy as hell. Especially how they like to call this game "beta". If it is in beta then give us a free respec at least at lvl 60.

This wouldnt be bad if some T2 epic instances didnt need a certain make up of classes. To say other wise is just foolish. And why should i have to find a guild if i want to play? I for one am sick and tired of having to apply to guilds from some 3rd party website. And that is the only way to get a half way decent one that…
