The hop before the problem is a cryptic server, the end hop is a cryptic server... unless the switch to level 3 for the single server between those points it's not level 3. The fact that this issue is being completely ignored is grating.

According to Level 3's twitter they've fixed the problem with their network a day ago. Whatever the problem is, I was able to play between 4 and 6 AM. After a nap, I'm definitely experiencing the problem again at 11 AM.
